Upon receipt of this form, A SPMS representative will respond to your inquiry within 36 hours to answer your questions and/or to schedule the lessons.

Please note that payment is due before the first lesson of each term. If a student enters mid-term, then the fee will be pro-rated to reflect the number of lessons remaining in the term.
